Trend Micro Internet Security 2010 1yr/1user/3PC customer reviews: Trend is Great We have never had anything get past Trend to harm our machines. Easy to install, and update. We use it for all 6 machines we run in our family. 3 on Trend Pro and 3 on Trend IS. We have used Trend products for years and the only problem I ever encountered was a conflict with another security program that came installed on a new machine. Once I uninstalled the other program, Trend worked perfectly. Highly recommend! Works only until expiration As some other people have warned - this product completely stops working the minute your subscription is up! You can't even access the program, when you try it just says to renew now or enter a new serial number. It does not protect you at all even though the virus definitions are good because they were updated 12 hours ago!!!! This is a LEASE not a PURCHASE. Before expiration the product is decent. It is functional and does not get in your way, but I am completely disgusted with this change in the policy of this company. I have used Trend Micro for years on the computers I own and the computers I have repaired for family and friends. I will not do so any longer, I am switching to AVG. Trend Micro Internet Security 2010 This is just what I need, the price was great and I got it in 2 days. Thanks, I will be back for another one. Does the job So far, I've had no problems at all with this. It seems to do the job pretty well in the background, no nagging reminders. I have a virus blocker already with my service provider for emails, so can't say how well Trend would work if it had to stop the infected emails. But I'm moving soon and my new service provider doesn't come with virus protection, so I hope Trend works well for email also. Trend Micro Internet Security is the only one for me!! I have been using Trend Micro Internet Security for over 8 years now. I am a computer technician and I have worked on multiple computers that were infected with viruses and spy ware that had other brands of internet security applications installed on them. I have NEVER had any viruses on any of my computers or laptops since I installed Trend Micro and neither have my computer clients that I have recommended using this product. As long as Trend Micro continues to serve me in the manner that it has over the years I will NEVER switch to another brand. I believe in their product and definitely recommend it to everyone! You can't go wrong with this application properly installed on your computer!
