Great Spyware, Antivirus program!
I have used Spy Sweeper products for over 5 years and am a big promoter. I use my computers for gaming, homework, internet and have never had a problem with this software, or any viruses. I usually buy direct from Webroot though, but saw it listed on Amazon and thought I would give it five stars. Its also the same price as I would buy direct, so why not get Amazon Points! A great program, never had any problems or conflicts.
Did not Protect my PC from a Rogue Virus
The best days of Webroot are long gone. If you want real protection, avoid this product.
Terrible Tech Support for Product
I have to say that this product is a waste of money. You are better off getting a security suite that includes spyware sweeper. I have compared this product to others and I have to say that it is not worth the additional money spent. In fact, Microsoft's spyware sweeper which is free is just as good or better. I have also tried other products, some store bought and some free, and this product does not warrant the expenditure. I had problems with this product so I called their tech support and was informed by the automated message that there is a long wait and that if I wanted better support I had to pay for the faster tech support. I was then informed that I had to wait 45 minutes. Needless to say I don't think that this product warrants 45 minutes of wait time to get it fixed. I will never purchase a Webroot product ever again.

Spysweeper with anti-virus found things that AVG, Trend Micro, and Spybot could not find. Works great no compatibility issues.
