I'd swear by this beautiful hidden gem!
After reading so many god-awful reviews of "Tune Tools", I saw PD+Rescue out of the corner of my eye & decided to check it out. The problem I needed a product like this for was that I have 2 iPods, a 30gb & a newer 80gb. My HP laptop crashed last October, which had my 2,900 song- iTunes library on it! Damn is right. I wanted to find a more cost-effective way to compile both libraries on the newer 80gb. I saw PD+Rescue and it immediately caught my attention. I decided to give it a shot, and put it on 2-day ship! I received it last night & immediately got to work. The program loads without a hitch, and after a few hours of organization, it has paid off! All songs are now compiled on the 80gb... I even felt like splurging a little and added about 50 extra tracks from iTunes =) but seriously people, if you're having the same kind of problem, give PD+Rescue the chance to turn the frown upside down! IT WORKS!!!!!!!!
PD + Rescue Saved my life.
I somehow accidentally erased years of irreplaceable dj mixes from my computer. I was able to pull all of it off my ipod including the playlists back into my computer. This software works very simply and easily. I'm not in the least techy. If you own an ipod, you'd be foolish not to own this software.
Great product
My ex-boyfriend (note "ex") loaded my Ipod from his laptop. All I had left from that relationship was my Ipod! I had never used ITunes, never used this software either, so rest assured you can figure it out pretty easy. It worked like a charm for me. Well worth the price of the product to back-up all my songs in case my Ipod fails.

Here's something that delivers what it promises; this program is quick and easy to use. If you value the tunes on your iPod and want to make sure you never lose them, here's the solution. Highly recommended.
Did not transfer all songs for me 
About 12 of my 47 gigs weren't transferred to the new itunes library. These included both songs purchased from itunes (but not all) and songs I uploaded from my CD collection.
Many of the same songs were successfully transferred the first time I did this several years ago using a program called Tune Tools.
