He pops in the disc himself, double clicks a desktop icon and away he goes into the world of Little Bill, his favorite Noggin character. I love that it is interactive and it's fun to listen to the little guy conversing with l'il Bill. I highly recommend this for pre-schoolers. Enjoy!! Fantastic for Preschoolers My 4-year-old son can finally navigate at the computer all by himself. He's learning and playing at the same time. He loves Little Bill and this is the perfect CD.
